The Senior management of CSS Cruise Ship Solutions mainly consists of  Mr. Roberto Pellicari (Managing Director) and Mr. Claudio Capra (Director of Hotel Operations)

Mr. Roberto Pellicari, Managing Director

He has more than 20 years of experience in the cruise industry and hotel management/ catering for cruise ships. In 1990 starting with Zerbone Catering leading the catering company in the 90`s offering hotel services to Costa fleet. In 1994 he started working for Zernavi Servizi Marittimi as a Commercial Manager and contribute in 1997 to create Italcatering to offer catering services to all MSC cruises passengers fleet. In 2002 he moved to European Cruise Management (ECM) as Director which changed into Cruise Ship Solutions in 2007. He is also experienced in South American cruise market where he is consultant for leading cruise lines and Brazilian tour operators.  

Mr. Claudio Capra, Director of Hotel Operations

He has been in the busisness since its early working days, he has spent 11 years on the cruise vessels with Chandris, Celebrity Cruises, MSC and Princess Cruises. Since he resigned the shipboard career he has been working shoreside in the Headoffice for MSC Italcatering and then joined in 2002 European Cruise Management (ECM) which changed into Cruise Ship Solutions.
