On land we have operated with great satisfaction of our clients both on technical sites (oil rigs, remote working campsites, mines) and handling company canteens with inhouse cooking facilities and with ready made delivered meals prepared in our cooking center, purely in the hospitality business we operated for sometimes a hotel complex (760 rooms, 5 dining venues, 8 bars)

Our innovative culinary team will be creating a dedicated menus cycle according to the guests demographics, the location area and following the latest food trends. 

Our Bar Team and Head Sommelier will be creating dedicated bar and wine lists according to the guests demographics, the location area and in line with modern drinking habbits of the guests      

CSS will strieve to source the best quality products on the market and organize a supply chain in order to grant consistency in the product delivery

CSS will conduct inspections on the location to make sure the product level it is always at the highest standars and identify areas for improvements

CSS will support the Owner in the maintenance of the onboard hotel inventories, setup of parstock, identify procurement sources, eventual ordering, etc

CSS will support the Owner in the initial setup of printed matters requested for the activity, identify needs, mockup preparation, texting, ordering, etc

CSS will be responsible to setup, train and dispatch the Hotel crew according to the Owner indications in a timely matters with operation requirements.
